everything starts with a decision whether that is to change your life to go to a specific school to start a job, all of that started from a choice and if you want to be healthier its just an active decision you’re never going to be ready you just have to decide once you feel that you are ready to change your life you’re ready to be better to be a better version of yourself than nobody can stop you its a very powerful thing you just have to say this year right now, today i have decided this… and just be it live it let it become who you are you’re not going to quit smoking you quit smoking i quit its the first step to anything is to just decide to do it theres times in life that make it easier to make decisions times of growth times of loss new years birthdays, all these moments that seem to make it easier but those are just smoke and mirrors because the truth is theres nothing different than new years day or tuesday august 14 theres no difference you’ve just decided that there is a difference so you’ve decided that thats the day you’re going to do something all you have to do is just start its like throwing a rock and just seeing where it lands thats you’re starting point when we get to a point in our life when you decide this is the time that I need to change i need to be better so you have to lose the fear and you truly just have to throw that rock and see where it lands and just start the moment is now its always now begin today and don’t look back stick through the struggles, stick through the failures truly just commit yourself to that one choice you make today

  22. hi, i was wondering , what if there's several pose that's particularly difficult for me, how should i practice them? should i stop the routine practice flow and do some intense practice program for just these poses? or should i continue practicing other poses, just let my body become more flexible to yoga?
